研究生教育學歷,碩士及以上學位
1.master’s degree or above. major in human resources, or certificate of human resources management holder is preferred. 2.knowledge or training in human resources management. one-year full-time employment experience in administration services, human resources or customer services is preferred. 3.good english language written and verbal skills. 4.professional, well-organized and detail-oriented personality. 5.good at communication and interpersonal skills; customer care skills; basic it skills. 6.able to work independently, prioritize workload and manage own time.
崗位職責
1. post-doc employment management. 2. summer program/visiting faculty support. 3. maintain staff's attendance statistics and archives. 4. training and team building. 5. hr related financial reimbursement.
